When RPC was formed in 1987 we had one idea in mind ... to be the premier full service Contractor in the industry. Since that time we have conquered great adversities in achieving that goal.

PETER J. RODRIGUES   President, Chief Operations Officer

Florida State Certified General Contractor and licensed in various other states, with over 38 years experience in the construction industry, with specific experience in all phases of construction, including field project supervision, estimating, project development, project management and executive management.  Project type experience includes industrial manufacturing plants, warehouse/distribution facilities, district offices for institutions such as banks and insurance companies, commercial shopping centers, national chain and specialty restaurants, multi-story commercial office buildings, public and private medical facilities/hospitals, multi-family apartment and condominiums, custom homes and theme park/resort projects. Mr. Rodrigues has overall responsibility for construction operations, development and field management.

ROBERT E. PERRETT  Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer

Graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.A. in Business Management.  Undergraduate degrees include an A.A. in Business Administration and an A.S. in Construction Technology from Florida Junior College.  Mr. Perrett is a retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant with 23 years active Naval Service.  He heads the Company’s financial and accounting departments.  Mr. Perrett works in conjunction with J. Charles Wilson, C.P.A., an independent accounting firm retained by this Company.

RODGER A. CARSON   Senior Project Manager

Rodger brings to RPC over 37 years of experience in all phases of the construction industry.  Project experience includes; Medical Facilities, Multi-Story Commercial Office Buildings, Industrial Warehouses, and Specialty Theme Restaurants.  Mr. Carson also has over 25 years experience in the Electrical field as an Electrician and Electrical field supervisor.

KEN ROTH  Master Carpenter, Superintendent

Ken is the owner/operator of Stringline Carpentry, Inc.  He has over 35 years experience as a Framing/Trim/Finish Carpenter, and has held the Lead Carpenter position for RPC since 1994.  Mr. Roth’s project experience includes; Up-scale Residential, numerous Specialty Theme Restaurant chains, Retail Strip Centers, and Multi-Story Commercial.

SHANE B. FEEMSTER,  Assoc. AIA  Project Design Manager, Estimator

Attended school at Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas.  Shane brings 15 years of combined experience in architectural design and production. Mr. Feemster started his architectural design career with Zale Corp. designing “Zales”, “Gordons” and “Bailey, Banks & Biddle” jewelry stores.  He then branched out on his own into the custom residential and small commercial market place and eventually joined a development company designing planned communities, mixed use complexes, hotel remodels, restaurants and various large commercial projects.  In 2006, Shane relocated to Florida through an offer from a national architecture firm based in Orlando, FL and two years later he found his way to RPC.  Shane is presently heading up the design department for RPC.

ROB NORTHROP  Senior Project Manager, CAD Operator, Estimator

Rob has been in the construction industry for over 13 years. He brings a wealth of design experience with AutoCAD and various other design programs.  He has experience in all phases of construction.  Project experience includes; Multi-story office buildings, retail, medical offices, fabrication facilities, hotels, multi-family, single-family, and specialty theme restaurants.

STEVE SMEDLEY   Superintendent

Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.  He grew up in construction with Steve’s father building custom homes. He brings 21 years experience as a Framing/Trim/Finish Carpenter, and several years as a field Superintendent/Project Manager.  Mr. Smedley has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Jacksonville University and his project experience include; Ocean Front Condominiums, Multi-Story Office Condominiums, Club-House Facilities, Custom Homes, and Specialty Theme Restaurants.

RENEE S. JOHNSON   Executive Assistant (Accounting)

Ms. Johnson has over 17 years experience in the accounting field.  Renee is responsible for all phases of accounting and is specifically knowledgeable with accounts payable and job cost accounting.  In addition, she tracks Notice to Owners / lien releases, insurance, draw applications from sub contractors and all billing and project close-out. She also assists RPC’s project managers / superintendents in project cost management, as well as, contract administration and is executive assistant to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
